That whole team at Hart place are fantastic individuals every time I have a need for my vehicle they are so quick to help me. The stores well-stocked and always very clean to my surprise the store manager Kevin always has a smile on his face as well as all his employees I look no further for my Automotive needs
Took my daughter's car (2017 Kia Sorento) in due run a diagnostic as it kept throwing codes. Met with a wonderful young man by the name of Sam who came outside with me. Once he gave me the report Sam came outside and explained to me what was going on with the car.
I explained to Sam that there was several issues with the car such as it was burning through roughly 4 quarts of oil every 2 to 3 weeks, and he suggested I take the vehicle in to a dealership to have it checked out.
Took the vehicle to South Shore Kia and sure enough the engine was shot and had to be replaced due to a recall.
If you ever need help with your vehicle I would highly recommend the young men at this store.
4 staff members only 1 engaging with customer. The otherstocking shelves and one blatantly ignoring me as I ask questions as if he doesn't speak the language. Go somewhere your business is better appreciated.
This store is not a friendly place for honda accord hybrid 2015, they don't sell any more batteries for it., But keep advertising it . Wasted my time trying to find 51-DLG. Duralast Gold Battery BCI Group Size 51 500 CCA 51-DLG not for sale anymore.⛔️
They helped me out so much. I had a dead battery and the employees helped me get a jumper battery as well as helped with removing, testing recharging and reinstalling the battery. A very stressful experience made easier with good assistance.
